JT was SO helpful through the whole process! We had a very complex situation and he spent almost a whole week working to make sure my husband and I got exactly what we wanted. He made a promise to us that before the weekend was over that he would have both of us in a vehicle we wanted (which to me sounded impossible) with all of my stipulations and what not. SO thankful for his hard work and making it happen! As a women, I HATE walking into a dealership because I usually feel like I get treated poorly or taken advantage of simply because I am a girl. It was so nice to walk in here and see a friendly face (along with several others) that didn't take advantage of me! He was so professional but cool and laid back as well and most importantly, honest about the reality of our situation without being rude about it. Will definitely be back and refer to others! Although I didn't specifically work with Dakota, my husband worked with him as well as JT and was very pleased as well!
I've been going to Ray Skillman's service department for many years and have always had excellent experience with them. I really enjoy the one on one contact with my personal service technician, Jason Parker. He's always been very cordial and treats me with great respect as a customer. He knows exactly what my car needs and keeps me informed of the necessary routine maintenance. Whenever I call, he always knows exactly who I am and I'm never treated as a stranger, that goes a long way with me. Thank you Ray Skillman and Jason Parker for your excellent service, keep up the good work.
I have been purchasing cars from here since 2009. This visit was to see about trading my 2016 Lacrosse in for a Yukon! After about five hours later and David’s patience I was driving off with my new truck! David has excellent customer service skills & patience! Thank you David & Walt

It was time to turn my leased vehicle in and I wasn’t sure what I liked. I had been looking online at vehicles and had some ideas. When I arrived, Keith Cooper had an Encore for me to try and he said if I didn’t like the color, he could find me another one. I wanted the remote start and he said he could get the Sport package on a black one with that option and even a sunroof! I basically got what I had been looking for.
I am always confident when visiting this dealership that I will receive great customer service and quality of work.
Faster service than I expected for going in unscheduled. Friendliness was great and the service was great and the quality of work great. The work was free since it was the first oil change on a new car.
Didnt have an appointment and they worked me in, I was out within an hour. Friendly atmosphere always. Thoroughly checked my car out and let me know of some issue that needed to be taken care of.

Had the transmission replaced on my 2016 GMC sierra elevation (there went the tax return) I've put 100 000 miles on it last year using it for work and its been a great fuelefficient comfortable ride. Jim Worden was great keeping in touch with me communicating the progress of repairs and making other arrangement by email text or phone while I was continuing working across country.Class A service on his part and I will gladly return with other maintenance needs!Thank You!
From picking out and leasing my 2017 GMC Acadia to scheduling my services and picking up my vehicle upon completion of the services, I was well taken care of and all my needs were accommodated. Colt Key and Jason Clark were absolutely amazing. They weren't too pushy to get the sale and allowed me time to process my decision. They were very informative and quite helpful throughout the entire process. Kim Robertson was very eager to assist me with scheduling my oil change and other recommended services as well as setting up a loaner vehicle. I live about an hour and ten minutes away now and have quite a busy schedule and she accommodated that. The gentlemen and the lady who showed me around the loaner vehicle in the service department were very friendly and helpful. I have had such a wonderful experience at Ray Skillman Southside Buick GMC that I would have a difficult time ever going anywhere else. Thank you so much for how you treat your customers!
I took my KIA Soul in for some repair work, while it was in the shop a salesman offered to sell us a new KIA. He offered a very good deal and we left with a 2018 KIA Optima. The salesman's name is Joseph Dowler and he is a very honest man.
The customer service here is the best. John Phillips, Kyler Castro, and many others were very helpful. They gave me the best deal possible and were very attentive and helped me find the perfect car!
